On Monday Gugge and Fi and I spent a whole day on the terrace at Shoreditch house going through everything, fine tuning what we do and how we can do it better at Wild Swans. An intense job, so we started with these lovely "Green Machine" cocktails filled with spirulina, spinach, ginger and mint. We were very focused!
After a long, intense and very constructive day we ended the meeting with these lovely Mojitos - uhmmmmm - maybe we should have more meetings....
